Online administrative enrollment (IA) takes place between the end of June until mid-August, but selected applicants must not wait for the last minute and do it as soon as possible. French selected applicants receive the procedure from The Student Office (admissionTEC@u-bordeaux.fr), while foreign students get specific information and help from the International Office. Selected applicants need to get a special authorization code (OPI) to be allowed to enroll online. Once enrolled, students can get a quick access to their personal University Digital Space where they will find all the necessary information about the program (time table, syllabus, course material, assignments…). The administrative registration process provides you with an official student status. It enables you to obtain your student card, “Aquipass”, and sit your exams.

Students will need to provide all records or evidence of previous academic achievements as original documents and as authorized translations in either English or French.

Non-European students are strongly advised to bring a Birth certificate with them – that document may be required for VISA application or any other administrative issue.
